Trudeau’s government removed the CRTC requirement for all news media to ban intentional misinformation and false news stories.
Laws existed in Canada for decades that prevent major news networks from intentionally publishing falsehoods and misinformation. In 2019, Trudeau’s government removed that law. That opened the gates for mainstream news in Canada to begin lies and deceit. Intentionally.
Its not “conspiracy theorists” that undermined the mainstream media …. it was Justin Trudeau’s own government. They did it. They removed the laws protecting the public from lies and misinformation. And now they wonder why the public doesnt trust the news. Hmmm, I wonder why.
