Cairns News supports Senator Babet, a member of Trumpets of Patriots, and we are publishing this campaign launch not because of Trumpet’s existence, because we support Babet.
Unfortunately as far as we can see philanthropist Clive Palmer has never supported any of the real, alternative media.
His political party and his mining company Mineralogy only support Fairfax and Murdoch print media, Youtube and commercial television stations.
While Trumpettes have been touted by Clive as a down-under branch office of the Republicans and claim to be Trump clones which in essence could be a good move, the media mafia has been demonising Trump since 2016, hence leaving Trumpettes sitting like a shag on a rock.
Only a minor part of the alternative media runs Palmer news and it seems he would rather pay $100m to the media mafia for advertising than support a reliable and widely-read internet news service such as Cairns News or Maria Zeee both of which have broken numerous national and international stories over the years, some of which the media mafia picks up, others are ignored.
Maybe we could ask why the majority of the real, independent media does not report about Trumpet of Patriots?
Cairns News would run Trumpettes for free but they don’t bother to send us any media releases so we don’t look. This Youtube video was one of a few sent by several readers.
Clive thinks that by wasting tens of millions of dollars on free-to-air television and Murdoch newspapers he will reach an audience which might vote for him. His media advisers have all the wrong demographics.
The only audience which might vote for him are the many readers of alternative media mainly living in the regions. Clive must not know that very few voters watch free-to-air television these days. Clive would not want those who view the mindless, morning soap operas voting for him in any case. Everybody else has been brainwashed by Labor and Liberal lies, the ABC, News Corp, smart phones and computer games.
The results of three election campaigns financed by Clive are testimony to this thesis.
