DID the French President Emmanuel Macron just commit political suicide by calling a snap election? Or has Macron got something more nefarious up his sleeve?

Reuters reported that exit polls showed Marine Le Pen’s “far-right” National Rally (RN) party scored historic gains to win the first round of France’s parliamentary election on Sunday, prompting supporters of a coalition of leftist parties to go out on the streets and riot. This has the smell of a power grabbing operation.

Macron had already suffered a major loss in the recent European elections to RN and decided to call the snap election. A so-called “far right” (in reality anti-globalist) party in Germany also managed to gain the second largest number of EU seats after the Christian Democrats. So it appears that Macron, feeling the threat posed by the dramatic rise of the populists, will maintain power by going into coalition with the leftist coalition.

Reuters reported that the RN share of the vote was “comfortably ahead of leftist and centrist rivals” including Macron’s Together alliance, that was expected to win 20.5% to 23%. The New Popular Front (NFP), a left-wing coalition, was expected to win around 29% of the vote, the exit polls showed.

But without an outright win at next Sunday’s run-off election, Le Pen will probably face the frustrating prospect of seeing the slimy operative Macron doing a deal with the New Popular Front, whose leftist policies basically align with globalism, and whose operatives who will do anything to maintain some sort of hold on power.

The Rothschild sock puppet Macron has signalled he is prepared to go to war with Russia, which appears to be a possible power-holding strategy by the globalist cabal, who are facing a pan-European revolt from the populist parties in addition to the prospect of Trump taking back office in the US.

Reuters, an establishment mouthpiece, describes RN as “a longtime pariah for many in France” and “a party known for racism and antisemitism” which has sought to clean up its image. “This strategy has worked amid voter anger at Macron over the high cost of living and growing concerns over immigration,” they reported.

At a rally, Le Pen made the astute observation that the French had “shown their willingness to turn the page on a contemptuous and corrosive power” – a clear reference to the EU globalists and their long-running attacks on the sovereignty of European nations.

Reuters went on to signal the establishment’s favoured outcome. “The RN’s chances of winning power next week will depend on the political dealmaking made by its rivals over the coming days. In the past, centre-right and centre-left parties have teamed up to keep the RN from power, but that dynamic, known as the “republican front”, is less certain than ever.”

Macron was already reported to be urging voters to rally behind candidates who were “clearly republican and democratic”, which will obviously exclude candidates from the RN and allegedly the “hard-left” France Unbowed (LFI) party that is strongly anti-RN..

If no candidate reaches 50% in the first round, the top two contenders automatically qualify for the second round, as well as all those with 12.5% of registered voters. In the run-off, whoever wins the most votes take the constituency.
